The downside is they are not required to take children with special needs, so you may be hunting down a school for a while. They also aren’t required to provide services for children with special needs either. Plus they often have a limited number of openings.

However, these private schools have a very restricted environment, and your child’s school friends will only be those with challenges and special needs.
